Summary

Idle Bank Run stores game progress locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information and do not upload your game saves to our servers.

• Browser edition (/play) — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for usage and device-related analytics. No advertising or in-app purchases.
• Android app — Firebase Analytics (Google), Firebase Crashlytics (Google), Firebase Performance Monitoring (Google), optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob), optional in-app purchases (Google Play Billing), and optional local offline-cap notifications.

Who is responsible for your data

DRPH Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the developer of Idle Bank Run and decides how personal information collected through the game and website is used. Google and other providers listed below process data under their own policies when you use their services in the app or site.

Privacy requests: Contact us through https://www.drphholdingsllc.com with the subject line Idle Bank Run Privacy. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.

Data stored on your device

• Bank name you enter
• Up to five local save slots with full game progress (Android)
• Browser edition: one save in localStorage on the same device and browser
• Optional purchase entitlements on Android (Executive Services), stored separately from exported saves
• Notification preference for offline-cap alerts (Android)
• Light/dark theme and UI preferences

Data we do not collect directly

Neither edition collects real bank account information, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data. We do not operate our own game-save servers and we do not sell personal information.

Browser edition

The web version at /play stores progress in your browser's localStorage. Game save data is not uploaded to our servers. The browser edition uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect usage events and related device/browser data (for example, page views, session activity, and in-game actions such as starting or continuing a game). It does not use advertising SDKs and has no in-app purchases. Clearing browser data or using a different browser will not carry your save over.

Analytics (Android)

The Android app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect usage events and device/app metadata (for example, app opens and screen views). This helps us understand how the game is used. Game save data is not uploaded to our servers.

Google's processing is described in Google's privacy policy.

Crash reporting (Android)

The Android app uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect crash reports and non-fatal error logs. Reports may include device model, OS version, and app version. Game save data is not uploaded to our servers.

Performance diagnostics (Android)

The Android app uses Firebase Performance Monitoring (Google) to collect timing metrics such as app startup, save/load duration, and offline catch-up latency. This helps us identify slowdowns on real devices. Game save data is not uploaded to our servers.

Optional rewarded ads (Android only)

The Android app may offer optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob when you choose to watch them (for example, for a 2× branch collect bonus or offline earnings boost). Ads are never required to play or progress.

When ads load or play, Google may process device and advertising-related data — including the Android advertising identifier where your device settings allow it — to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud, as described in Google's privacy policy and Google's Ads policies.

Where required by law (including the UK, EEA, and certain other regions), the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow before personalized ads. You may see Privacy choices in Settings to review or change ad consent when your region requires it.

The app declares the AD_ID permission because AdMob may use the advertising identifier on supported devices. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example, Settings → Google → Ads on many Android devices).

Purchasers of ad-free entitlements (when offered) will not see rewarded ads.

Optional notifications (Android only)

If you enable offline-cap alerts, the app schedules a local notification on your device when your offline earnings vault is full. No notification content is sent to our servers. You can disable alerts in the Start screen settings at any time. Android 13+ requires the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission, which the app requests only when you turn alerts on.

In-app purchases (Android only)

Optional upgrades (Executive Services) are sold as one-time in-app products through Google Play Billing. Payment and purchase history are handled by Google; we do not receive your payment card details. Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored through Google Play on the same device. Purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device and are not included in exported save files.

Export and import

You may export a .ibrsave file to a location you choose. Exported files contain your game progress and bank name. Purchase entitlements are not included in exports and cannot be transferred via save files.

Android backup

Game saves and purchase entitlements are excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer by default.

We do not control Google's independent data practices. See each provider's privacy documentation for details.

Legal bases and purposes (UK / EEA)

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on the following bases for processing personal information through the app and site:

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent for ads where consent applies (via Privacy choices or device settings), and exercise other rights listed below.

Retention

• Local game data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear browser storage.
• Analytics, crash, and performance data held by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your Google account settings.
• Ad-related data is retained by Google according to its ads and consent policies.
• We do not maintain separate user account databases for Idle Bank Run on our own servers.

International transfers

Google and other providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, Google offers appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). See Google's documentation for details.

Your privacy rights

Rights vary by location. We honor applicable requests without discrimination.

United States

• Children (COPPA): Idle Bank Run is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
• California and other state laws: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described for optional ads processed by Google when you use the Android app. You may limit certain ad tracking through device and Google settings. California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information we control; because we do not operate account servers, most data is on your device or with Google — use uninstall/local deletion and Google's data controls for Google-held data, and contact us for other requests.

United Kingdom

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability for personal information we control, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Australia

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. You may access and correct information we hold about you and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

New Zealand

You may access and correct personal information and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Canada

You may access personal information we control and challenge compliance with applicable privacy law. Federally regulated complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Quebec residents may have additional rights under provincial law; contact us for requests in French if needed.

How to exercise your rights

1. Local game data: Delete saves in-app, clear browser data, or uninstall the Android app.
2. Google-held data: Use Google's privacy controls.
3. Ad consent (Android): Use Privacy choices in Settings when shown, or your device ad settings.
4. Other requests: Contact us via https://www.drphholdingsllc.com (subject: Idle Bank Run Privacy).

We may need to verify your request where permitted by law.

Children

Idle Bank Run is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In other regions, parents or guardians who believe a minor has contacted us should reach out using the contact above.

Simulated finance disclaimer

Idle Bank Run is a fictional financial simulation. It does not connect to real bank accounts, execute real trades, or use live market data. Nothing in the game is financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice.

Policy updates

If we change how data is handled, this policy, the in-app Privacy & Data screen, and Google Play's Data Safety section will be updated. Material changes may be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
