Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Idle Bank Run, including the browser edition at /play, the Android app, and related websites (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. The Service is not directed at children under 13 in the United States, and you must not use the Service if you are under 13. Where local law sets a higher minimum age without parental consent, you must meet that age or have parent or guardian permission.

License

Subject to these Terms, DRPH Holdings LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law; sell, rent, or sublicense the Service; use cheats or exploits to harm balance or other players (where applicable); or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Game content and simulated finance

Idle Bank Run is a fictional financial simulation. It does not connect to real bank accounts, execute real trades, or use live market data. All currencies, products, and outcomes are simulated. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice. Do not rely on the Service for real-world decisions.

Your content

You may enter a bank name and create local save data. You are responsible for exported .ibrsave files you create or import. Do not import files from untrusted sources. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to device failure, uninstall, or corrupted files except as required by law.

Optional advertising (Android)

The Android app may offer optional rewarded video ads. Ads are not required to play. Ad delivery is provided by Google AdMob and is subject to Google's terms and policies. Where required by law, consent flows apply as described in the Privacy Policy.

In-app purchases (Android)

Optional digital items (for example, Executive Services) are sold through Google Play Billing. Prices, taxes, and payment are handled by Google. Purchases are tied to your Google account as described in the Privacy Policy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. We do not guarantee that any optional purchase will remain available forever.

Intellectual property

The Service, including art, audio, code, trademarks, and “Idle Bank Run,” is owned by DRPH Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (for example, Google Analytics, Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRPH HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $25.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRPH Holdings LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service or your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at https://idlebankrun.com/terms.html and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DRPH Holdings LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or your home jurisdiction.
